Overview

Minto is built on one simple block: a task with a doc on top, subtasks below and a chat beside it. Projects have sections with date ranges, and a Today view collects everything that is due — with a day plan on an hour grid so you can drag work into time.

Ready-made templates for a film shoot, an event or an agency job lay out the whole plan with phases. Every date is relative to a start date you pick, so moving the start moves the plan.

Around the task list: a calendar with week, month and timeline views, docs that several people edit at the same time, Desk — an infinite board for notes, tasks, forms, tables, decks and website reviews — a Drive, chats on every task and project, and contacts. Claude can work inside Minto through a built-in connector.
